Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate information management activities, including data collection, analysis, and dissemination.

• Produce high-quality reports, maps, and infographics to support decision-making and response planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate sharing of critical humanitarian information with stakeholders.
• Support capacity building for national staff in information management tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with OCHA and other partners to standardize information management practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in information management, preferably within a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection, processing, and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of humanitarian principles and context in Syria is essential.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
