Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all hotel IT systems, supporting front office, back office, and guest services.
- Oversee IT security, data backup, and disaster recovery planning in accordance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
- Implement and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, POS, etc.) and network infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a strong plus.
