    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
    • Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders across retail operations.
    • Lead implementations or upgrades of retail-specific technologies such as ERP systems, POS solutions, and CRM tools.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, status reports, and communication plans; track milestones and resolve issues proactively.
    • Collaborate with retail business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security regulations, and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years specifically in the retail sector.
    • Proven track record of delivering retail IT projects, such as e-commerce migrations and POS rollouts.
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master) is required.
