Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Respond to complex user inquiries and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Document detailed support procedures, system configurations, and incident resolutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal system stability and performance.
- Conduct routine system checks, preventative maintenance, and security updates.
Requirements
- Proven executive-level experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar advanced IT role.
- In-depth knowledge of various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS, etc.).
- Expertise in network protocols, hardware diagnostics, and software troubleshooting methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Relevant advanced technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNP, MCSA, CISSP) are highly preferred.
