Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and effectively present Know All Edge solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions, particularly in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
