Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outreach via phone and email.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to maximize opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or a related business development role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them simply.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful outcomes.
