Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage wind turbine installation projects in accordance with Vestas’ standards.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality control measures are strictly adhered to on site.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and technicians for efficient project execution.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely completion of installations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to installation teams, fostering a productive work environment.
- Report on project status, resource allocation, and any potential risks or issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising large-scale industrial installations, preferably in renewable energy.
- Strong background in engineering or a related technical field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
