Key Responsibilities

• Professionally install a variety of home appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Conduct thorough checks and tests post-installation to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Provide clear, concise instructions and demonstrations to customers on appliance operation and basic maintenance.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, installation procedures, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and a positive attitude during all on-site visits.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve minor installation-related issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2 years or more in home appliance installation or a closely related technical field.
• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and installation guides.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, necessary tools and equipment for appliance installation.
• A valid UAE driving license and familiarity with routes within Dubai is preferred.
