Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation technicians.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex instrumentation and control issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for all instrumentation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instrumentation supervision, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles, control systems, and various field devices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Commitment to upholding stringent safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in English; Finnish language skills are a significant advantage.
