Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies for the organization.
• Manage corporate insurance policies, renewals, and claims processes efficiently.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate effectively with brokers and insurers to secure optimal coverage and terms.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance matters to various departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Manager or in a senior insurance role.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products, markets, and risk management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CRM) are a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.
