Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative interior concepts for various residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure project success from conception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material selections effectively to meet client expectations.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Present design proposals and concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interior Architect, ideally 5+ years in a Mid-Senior level role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related design field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a creative team.
