Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative and functional interior architectural solutions for diverse projects.
- Prepare comprehensive detailed drawings, specifications, and select appropriate materials.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients.
- Ensure all interior designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet delivery goals.
- Present compelling design concepts and proposals to key stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interior Architect or in a similar design-focused role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, space planning, and material properties.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
