Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed interior designs and specifications for superyachts and marine vessels.
- Collaborate with clients, naval architects, and production teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of interior outfitting, from concept to completion.
- Ensure compliance with marine classification rules and industry standards for interior finishes and systems.
- Prepare and present design proposals, material selections, and project progress reports.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving for interior-related challenges during construction and refit.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interior Engineer or similar role in the marine or superyacht industry.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling for interior design.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and ergonomic principles for luxury marine interiors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- A passion for sailing and superyachts, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
