Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior designs and specifications for superyachts and marine vessels.
• Collaborate with clients, naval architects, and production teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of interior outfitting, from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with marine classification rules and industry standards for interior finishes and systems.
• Prepare and present design proposals, material selections, and project progress reports.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for interior-related challenges during construction and refit.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Engineer or similar role in the marine or superyacht industry.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling for interior design.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and ergonomic principles for luxury marine interiors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• A passion for sailing and superyachts, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
