Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor quality standards, workmanship, and safety compliance on site.
• Track project progress and report site updates regularly.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Own car preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
