Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional HR support presence by greeting colleagues and handling queries.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, guiding new hires through the induction program.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems by updating HRMS (Oracle) and filing documentation.
• Support HR operations and administration tasks, assisting with colleague engagement events.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Take ownership of personal learning and assist in special HR projects.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrated Intermediate level – Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous use of learning management software systems is an advantage.
