Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of training programs.
• Support the L&D Manager in achieving training targets.
• Help to oversee learning systems and administrative processes.
• Ensure training quality and consistency by observing departmental trainers.
• Liaise with different departments, communicating training initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and special projects.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Train the Trainer, or equivalent.
• Competent and experienced in the delivery of front-line level colleague courses.
• At least intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications.
