Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, approachable service while supporting both guests and colleagues.
• Assist the sales team with promoting and selling hotel services, accommodations, dining, and event spaces.
• Provide essential administrative support, including preparing reports and managing databases.
• Coordinate and support group events and client communications.
• Take ownership of tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
• Enhance skills through training in sales, marketing, and communications.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably speaks an additional language.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
