Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate them.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professional skepticism.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
