Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans.

• Advise senior leadership on internal communication best practices and crisis communication.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and continuously seek improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop impactful communication plans.
• Proficiency in managing digital communication platforms and tools.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
