Miral Experiences is seeking an Internal Compliance Associate to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this part-time role, you will be crucial in ensuring that all internal operations, particularly within the Information Technology sector, adhere to regulatory standards and company policies within a world-class entertainment provider. You will contribute to maintaining the integrity and operational excellence of Miral’s diverse portfolio of attractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially in IT.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
• Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to management.
• Collaborate with various departments to embed compliance best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure continuous compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance or internal audit role, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards relevant to IT and entertainment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively.
• High level of accuracy and integrity in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
