Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale and retail voice telecommunication clients across various global markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing international carriers and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex contracts for direct terminations and worldwide transit services.
  • Monitor global telecommunications market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in international sales within the telecommunications industry, specifically in wholesale or retail voice services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of direct terminations, worldwide transit services, and the broader telecom ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a significant advantage for international markets.
