Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Help organize and maintain confidential HR records and employee databases.
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new employees and interns, ensuring a smooth integration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support and insights as needed.
- Research and compile information on HR best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
