Key Responsibilities
- Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans to support academic and behavioral growth.
- Provide targeted academic and behavioral support to PK-12 students in various settings.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student development.
- Monitor student progress closely and adjust intervention strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Implement innovative educational models to help close achievement gaps among diverse student populations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance, interventions, and progress.
