    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and databases for all facility-related items.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate root causes.
    • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely reordering.
    • Monitor inventory movement, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching items.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status, usage trends, and future forecasts.
    • Implement and maintain efficient storage solutions for various inventory categories.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar administrative role (2+ years preferred).
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
    • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to inventory challenges.
