Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and update short-term demand forecasts, placing weekly orders for 7-12 brands.
• Develop 3, 6, and 9-month ordering plans for assigned brands.
• Provide and analyze monthly sales, demand, and receipts forecasts to brands.
• Collaborate with brand management on ordering strategies and implementation.
• Identify deviations from forecasts, offering corrective solutions.
• Lead brand calls to discuss forecasts and address supply chain issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in supply/demand planning and/or buying.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience with operational strategy and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
