Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, trends, and forecasts to optimize stock.
- Manage the entire inventory lifecycle, from receipt and storage to dispatch.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and improved inventory turnover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
