Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda.
- Assist in the execution of leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and contribute to value creation initiatives.
- Research market trends, industry landscapes, and competitive environments.
- Support senior team members in all phases of the investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a relevant financial analysis role.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
