Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the evaluation and screening of new investment opportunities across various private markets.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, valuation reports, and comprehensive investment memos.
  • Support portfolio management activities, including the monitoring and analysis of existing investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on deal sourcing and execution processes.
  • Contribute to market research and industry trend analysis to identify strategic opportunities for the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar financial role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and results-oriented professional environment.
