ALFAHIM is seeking an Invoicing Assistant to prepare invoices for the Service department, record sales, and ensure customers are charged accurately for sales and services rendered in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for the Service department to close work in progress (WIP) files.
- Record sales and ensure accurate charging for services rendered.
- Ensure compliance with principal’s standard throughout the invoice preparation process.
- Review labor rates and ensure alignment with Principal’s standard rates.
- Highlight and investigate variations/deviations from standard rates.
- Ensure job cards are appropriately filled and accurately booked.
Requirements
- Secondary School Education Certificate.
- Diploma in Accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- 3 years of minimum experience in billing and invoicing.
- Accounting background is preferred.
- Knowledge of invoicing processes and compliance standards.
