Key Responsibilities
- Support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data to improve recruitment and development strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on international projects.
- Contribute to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Participate in team meetings and present findings or project updates.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and organizational development within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
