• Promuove e accompagna i processi di trasformazione delle PA attraverso la propria capacità di indirizzo, gli interventi di rafforzamento della capacità amministrativa, l’identificazione e la disseminazione di buone pratiche in ambito nazionale ed internazionale.
• Support the front desk and guest service operations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Marriott standards and service protocols.
