Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for IT improvement and automation.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with IT development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and user training for new IT systems.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and propose enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and document complex business processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with IT project lifecycle, methodologies, and business analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Czech and English languages is highly desirable.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
