Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a diverse range of IT devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Implement and optimize device management solutions and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on managed devices.
- Ensure device security and compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Document device configurations, management procedures, and support guides.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT device management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
