Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular checks, and ensure data security.
• Assist with network administration tasks and infrastructure management.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Document IT procedures, system configurations, and support resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration (5 years+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are considered a strong advantage.
