IT Infrastructure & Support Manager

Job Overview

Parfums de Marly, a global luxury perfume house, is hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager for its Dubai office. This role will lead the strategy, design, and daily operations of IT infrastructure across offices in the UAE, US, France, and UK. With a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid systems, and on-premises networks, this position requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Cloud (Azure & Microsoft 365)

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Ensure compliance, cost optimization, and security.
• Drive migrations, hybrid integrations, and automation.

Servers & Network Infrastructure

• Manage hybrid Windows Server environments.
• Administer switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Ensure LAN, WAN, and VPN performance and security.
• Support Cyber Security Roadmap development.

User Centricity & End-User Management

• Oversee desktops, laptops, and mobile device management.
• Implement endpoint security and compliance standards.
• Provide leadership for service desk operations.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance user productivity.

IT Asset Management

• Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management.
• Implement policies for audits and compliance reporting.

ITSM & ITOM

• Establish ITIL-based service management processes.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and request handling.
• Implement automation for infrastructure monitoring.
• Align IT operations with business continuity goals.

Data & Backups

• Ensure backups of all critical systems.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies.
• Test backup and incident response regularly.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing IT infrastructure (cloud, hybrid, on-premises).
• At least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365.
• Solid knowledge of networking, IT operations, monitoring, and compliance.
• Experience with GDPR, ISO 27001, and risk governance.
• Vendor management and budget oversight experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications preferred:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • FinOps Practitioner
