Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
- Manage network access controls and user permissions.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for network configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support server infrastructure and application connectivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and networking hardware.
- Experience with network security best practices and firewall management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
