Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees and clients, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• Ensure data security and implement best practices for IT operations.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware systems.
• Assist in the procurement and management of IT assets.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Officer or in a similar relevant role (2 Year+).
• Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office applications.
• A proactive approach to IT maintenance and support.
