In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing diverse IT projects for corporate clients, including public organizations and those in the banking sector. Your expertise will contribute to delivering solutions in areas such as Application Services, Data & Analytics, Automation, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Communicate project progress, status, and performance to all relevant parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management within a consulting or services environment.
• Strong understanding of IT services, ideally with exposure to the banking or public sector.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic project environments.
