Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
- Communicate project progress, status, and performance to all relevant parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management within a consulting or services environment.
- Strong understanding of IT services, ideally with exposure to the banking or public sector.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic project environments.
