Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure and servers.
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols and data protection measures.
  • Assist with software installations, configurations, and system updates.
  • Perform regular system diagnostics and implement timely resolutions for technical problems.
  • Ensure data integrity through routine backups and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Czech and working knowledge of English is highly preferred.
