Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure and servers.
- Implement and enforce IT security protocols and data protection measures.
- Assist with software installations, configurations, and system updates.
- Perform regular system diagnostics and implement timely resolutions for technical problems.
- Ensure data integrity through routine backups and disaster recovery planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Czech and working knowledge of English is highly preferred.
