Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly and professionally.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Document all IT support activities and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk system.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and user account management tasks.
Requirements
