This role involves providing essential IT support and administration within the Group’s operations across the Caribbean region, focusing on IT System Training and Support, and IT System Data Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, server, and application problems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
