Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to corporate office employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain network connectivity and resolve basic network issues.
• Document IT procedures and user support solutions.
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
