Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and internal systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
- Troubleshoot issues related to email, applications, system access, and connectivity.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
