Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Document support activities, solutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or technical diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
