Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems promptly in Arabic and English.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with user account management and access rights.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff for complex issues and escalations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably L1 or helpdesk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
