Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and servers for optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new IT equipment and software.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and implement regular backup procedures.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems efficiently and promptly.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
