    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support to internal users for hardware and software issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and software applications.
    • Troubleshoot common IT problems, including network connectivity, printer issues, and application errors.
    • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
    • Document support activities, resolutions, and system configurations.
    • Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex technical challenges.

    Requirements

    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
