Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist clients with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Revel Systems POS.
- Support e-commerce platforms and online stores, ensuring their smooth and continuous operation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize system downtime.
- Document all support activities, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new solutions and improve existing systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or technical specialist role.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, ideally Revel Systems.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online store functionalities.
