Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users for hardware and software issues.

- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Learn and adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
