Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal users for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, equipment, and applications.
  • Assist with the IT onboarding process for new employees, including setup and guidance.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and common issues for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in IT infrastructure and services.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, hardware, and common software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
